1. Services Provided

RK Interior & Architect offers services including, but not limited to:

• Residential and Commercial Interior Design
• Architectural Planning and Consultation
• 3D Modelling and Rendering
• Furniture Design and Customization
• Turnkey Projects
• Space Optimization and Renovations

2. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to engage in any activities that could harm, disable, or impair the website, or interfere with other users' ability to access the website.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information required for project completion.
• Review and approve designs, layouts, and project plans promptly.
• Ensure that all materials provided for the project are free from third-party claims or disputes.

4. Payment Terms

- Fees: Service fees will be outlined in the signed agreement or project proposal.

- Invoicing: Invoices will be issued as per the agreed payment milestones. Payments must be cleared within 10 days of receiving the invoice.

- Late Payment: A late fee of 2% per month will be applied to overdue payments.

5. Confidentiality

RK Interior & Architect will keep all client information confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. The client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary designs, concepts, and methodologies provided by RK Interior & Architect.

6. Intellectual Property

- Client Materials: The client retains ownership of all intellectual property provided to RK Interior & Architect for the project.

- Agency Materials: RK Interior & Architect retains ownership of all designs, blueprints, and models created until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives ownership rights, except for proprietary methodologies or reusable design elements.

7. Limitation of Liability

RK Interior & Architect is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from services rendered. Our total liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific project.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date. Outstanding balances must be settled within 10 days.

9. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold RK Interior & Architect harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the client’s use of services or breach of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

RK Interior & Architect reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and take effect on the posting date.
